Walks in Nature: Sydney

Travel

With Royal National Park right on Sydney's doorstep, you don't have to go far from Sydney's CBD to find trails through unspoilt landscapes teeming with native wildlife. All of the suggested trails in the Walks in Nature: Sydney deck of cards are within two hours' drive of Sydney, and some are even within the CBD itself. To help you plan an outing at any time of year, the cards are colour-coded according to season. Forest walks provide a cool respite in summer; inland walks through vineyards and farmland take in the colours of autumn; coastal walks can be enjoyed in winter when the sun isn't too strong; and walks rich with native flowering plants are spectacular in spring. With text and an image on one side, and an easy-to-follow map on the other, every card includes information on what you'll see along the trail and a suggested foodie stop, where you can refuel after your time immersed in nature.
